Senior iOS Developer

• Take ownership of the end-to-end development of native iOS applications.
  
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural guidelines, and security best practices.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical and business requirements.
  
• Design and deliver high-quality features with a focus on performance and maintainability.
  
• Provide technical leadership across teams and projects.
  
• Mentor junior developers and help guide their technical growth.
  
• Support and maintain production stability, including issue diagnosis and resolution.
  
• Drive innovation and best practices across all aspects of iOS development.
  
• Work hands-on with Swift to build and enhance native iOS applications.
  
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to implement new features.
  
• Participate in and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
  
• Optimize app performance for speed, efficiency, and smooth user experience.
  
• Stay current with the latest iOS technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in native iOS application development with strong expertise in Swift. Skilled in applying architecture and design patterns such as MVVM / Clean Architecture, with the ability to integrate third-party libraries using CocoaPods or Swift Package Manager.
  
• Experienced in writing unit and UI tests using XCTest, and in delivering end-to-end solutions including design, development, testing, deployment, and App Store release management..
  
• Ability to mentor, set coding standards, and drive technical decisions across distributed teams.
  
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and networking best practices including caching, error handling, and security.
  
• Experience with code reviews, pull requests, and collaborative development in Agile/Scrum environments.
  
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
