Senior iOS Developer

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases to validate software functionality, performance, security, and usability. - Leading the execution of manual and automated testing activities across different stages of the software development lifecycle. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met. - Analyzing and triaging defects, providing detailed reports, and working with development teams to resolve issues. - Continuously improving and optimizing the testing process, exploring new testing tools and techniques, and driving the adoption of best practices within the QA team. - Mentoring and guiding junior QA team members, fostering their professional growth, and ensuring adherence to testing standards. - Participating in risk assessments, quality reviews, and process improvement initiatives. - Monitoring and reporting on key quality metrics, test coverage, and project progress to stakeholders. - Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and testing methodologies to continuously enhance testing capabilities. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in software testing or at least 3 years in a senior QA role with Banking or Fintech product. - Extensive knowledge of software testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing. - Proficiency in at least one testing tool and framework such as Selenium, Appium, JMeter, and other automated testing tools. - Experience with test management tools like Jira. - Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies and their integration with testing practices. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Strong leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration skills. Preferred qualifications include: - Experience in testing web, mobile, and cloud-based applications. - Knowledge of performance testing, load testing, and security testing techniques. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. - Experience with test data management and test environment setup. - Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.,
