About the Role

Senior Investment Banker

You will work directly with the Founder/CEO and lead the full transaction lifecycle:

• IM building

• Financial modeling

• Investor/buyer outreach

• Term-sheet negotiation

• Due-diligence coordination

• Deal documentation

If you’ve closed deals in the ₹25-300 Cr range and you’re bored of slow-moving firms, this is where you scale your impact and upside.

What You’ll Own

• Lead

  end-to-end M&A and fundraising execution

  for manufacturing, cleantech, industrials, textiles, SaaS, and niche MSMEs.
• Build sharp

  IMs, valuations, forecasts, and comps

  .
• Drive

  investor conversations

  and manage all pipeline movement.
• Identify red flags and push deals toward closure with urgency.
• Work with our CTO to integrate

  AI-driven workflows

  into your process.
• Build repeatable, scalable execution systems that make Samaveda India’s fastest IB.

What You Need

• 3-7 years experience in Investment Banking, PE, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Advisory.
• Strong financial modeling + valuation skills (clean, fast, accurate).
• Real deal experience.

  You’ve helped close transactions, not just staffed them

• Ability to handle chaos, deadlines, and 5 conversations at once.
• Confidence to push founders, investors, and internal teams toward clarity.
• Hunger to build something bigger than a traditional IB career.

Compensation: ₹18 LPA + 8-10% Success Fee Share + Equity
