Senior Interior Designer

As a Senior Interior Designer at WudCor, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetic designs that cater to the client's needs and preferences. Your role will involve close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery while adhering to design standards, regulations, and guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Meet new clients, thoroughly understand their requirements, and take ownership of projects from initiation to completion, including all design deliverables such as drawings, presentations, material selection, and BOQ. - Engage with customers through various channels like emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings to ensure effective communication. - Uphold deadlines and maintain the quality of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. - Manage client interactions, project brief understanding, validation, design development, and coordination from concept to installation stages. - Finalize 3D and 2D designs in collaboration with clients and the interior design team. - Educate customers about the competitive advantages of the company's products. - Deliver Production Drawings for assigned projects and assist other Interior Designers as needed. - Coordinate with the execution support team to ensure seamless realization of your design, including site visits for better understanding if necessary. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture. - Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design with a successful track record of delivering high-quality projects. - Proficiency in Technical Drawings, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Vray, and Microsoft Office, including familiarity with library usage. - Strong understanding of design elements, color schemes, and materials. - Experience in project cost estimation, proposal creation, and budget management. - Effective project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. - Passion for design trends, innovations, sustainability, and environmentally responsible design practices. - Demonstrated experience in designing for residential and commercial spaces.
