Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong design expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. The role also involves contributing to showroom SOPs, visual merchandising, and exhibition design.

Design and decorate interior spaces based on project requirements and brand guidelines.

Develop layout plans, colour schemes, lighting concepts, material selections, custom furniture designs, and installation plans.

Create detailed mood boards, design presentations, and conceptual visuals for client approvals.

Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, SketchUp Layout, 3ds Max, Illustrator, or similar tools to produce accurate drawings and 3D models.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and present design solutions effectively.

Manage overall project timelines, coordination, and execution to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Assist in selecting appropriate colour themes and design elements aligned with brand vision.

Engage with clients during exhibitions to explain product offerings and enhance customer experience.

Conduct competitor research to stay informed about current industry trends, materials, and design innovations.

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design (B.Sc.), B.Arch. or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience in interior design, showroom design, or visual merchandising.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, SketchUp Layout, 3ds Max, Illustrator, or similar design tools.

Excellent sense of aesthetics, colour, and spatial planning.

Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
