Job Description: As a Senior Interior Designer at livInfra, you will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and specifying FF&E for residential and commercial projects. Your role will involve bringing clients" visions to life through expert design solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct space planning to optimize functionality and aesthetics of interior spaces - Create architecture and construction drawings to guide the implementation of design concepts - Develop interior design schemes that align with clients" requirements and project goals - Specify FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) to enhance the overall design concept - Maintain a strong design portfolio showcasing your creativity and expertise - Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality design presentations - Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with clients to ensure project success Qualifications: - Possess Space Planning and Interior Design skills to create functional and visually appealing spaces - Demonstrate experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings to execute design plans accurately - Have knowledge in FF&E specification to select appropriate elements for interior projects - Showcase a strong design portfolio highlighting your previous projects and design aesthetics - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite for design development and presentation - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field to support your design expertise - Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members Company Description: livInfra is a design firm with a specialization in expert Interior and Elevation design for both residential and commercial spaces.
