Role Overview

Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  conceptualization, design development, and detailing

  of interior projects.
• Prepare

  space planning, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, lighting schemes, and material boards

  .
• Review and guide

  3D visualizations and design presentations

  .
• Act as the primary design point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Execution & Coordination

• Coordinate with

  site engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants

  for smooth execution.
• Work closely with the

  in-house modular furniture factory

  on shop drawings, materials, and finishes.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent, quality standards, and timelines are maintained.
• Resolve design and site-related issues proactively.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
• Assist in project scheduling, milestone planning, and cost optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Interior Design / Architecture

  .

• 5–12 years

  of experience in high-end residential and commercial interior projects.
• Strong understanding of

  interior detailing, materials, finishes, and construction practices

  .

Proficiency in:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp / 3Ds Max
• V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion
• MS Excel (BOQs, coordination)
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in

  turnkey interior execution

  .
• Exposure to

  luxury residential floors, villas, retail showrooms, or corporate offices

  .
• Strong vendor and site coordination capabilities.
