To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, strong skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings, and experience with FF&E. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
