Job - Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with at least 3 years of experience in residential, commercial, or industrial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design visualization skills, proficiency in design software, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

?Develop and present interior design concepts, layouts, and material selections based on client requirements.

?Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards.

?Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors for design implementation.

?Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color palettes to suit design intent and budget.

? Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure quality and design accuracy.

?Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and timelines for projects.

?Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion within budget.

?Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

?Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

?Minimum 3 years of experience in interior designing (residential/commercial).

? Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office; knowledge of Revit or 3ds Max is an added advantage.

?Strong sense of aesthetics, detailing, and color coordination.

?Excellent communication and presentation skills.

?Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.

Preferred:

?Experience working in a construction or design-build company.

?Knowledge of site execution, vendor coordination, and material sourcing.
