Senior Interior Designer Luxury & Experiential Spaces

Design Leadership & Concept Creation

• Lead the end-to-end creation of high-end interior spaces, including experiential ateliers, international flagship stores, trade show booths, and exclusive events.
  
• Develop multiple design concepts that reflect the brands heritage, craftsmanship, and ultra-luxury aesthetic.
  
• Present concepts and design directions to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  

Project Planning & Execution

• Oversee the complete design lifecycle—from ideation, technical drawings, and material selection to final installation.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong control on timelines, quality, and budgets.
  
• Ensure seamless coordination with architects, contractors, and design agencies at national and international levels.
  

Technical Drawings & Documentation

• Prepare and review detailed technical drawings adhering to architectural standards, luxury specifications, and compliance requirements.
  
• Evaluate feedback from management and stakeholders and update drawings accordingly.
  

Material, Vendor & Quality Management

• Source and finalize premium materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings aligned with the brand’s bespoke identity.
  
• Work closely with internal purchase teams, outside vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality, availability, and timely project delivery.
  
• Conduct meticulous site inspections to ensure craftsmanship, precision, and brand standards are met at every stage.
  

Exhibition & Event Space Design

• Conceptualize and execute visually impactful exhibition spaces for national and international events.
  
• Create immersive environments that showcase the brand’s handcrafted trunk collections in an artistic and experiential manner.
  

Client Engagement (HNI / UHNI)

• Interact with high-profile and luxury clientele to understand their expectations, design preferences, and lifestyle sensibilities.
  
• Deliver customised design solutions that reflect bespoke artistry and premium service standards.
  
• Serve as a brand ambassador, communicating the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, and product story.
  

Innovation & Trend Integration

• Stay updated with global luxury design trends, emerging materials, technologies, and experiential retail concepts.
  
• Introduce fresh, cutting-edge design ideas aligned with the brand’s progressive yet heritage-driven identity.
  

Travel & On-Site Supervision

• Travel to workshops, flagship stores, international exhibitions, and client locations as required.
  
• Independently supervise installations, quality checks, and ensure flawless execution of design intent.
