Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in workspace design to lead and execute commercial interior projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will bring design innovation, technical expertise, and project leadership to deliver high-impact office environments that align with client goals and workplace strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership:
  • Lead the design development of workplace interiors, including concept design, space planning, and detailed design.
  • Translate client requirements, brand identity, and culture into effective spatial solutions.
  • Conduct design presentations and workshops with clients and consultants.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Manage end-to-end design documentation: layout plans, 3D visuals, material boards, technical drawings, and GFC sets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, project execution) and external consultants (MEP, lighting, acoustics).
  • Review site progress and conduct regular design audits during execution to maintain design intent.
  • Client Interaction:
  • Serve as a primary design contact for key clients; conduct site visits, presentations, and feedback meetings.
  • Understand workplace trends, client business needs, and occupancy strategies to guide solutions.
  • Mentorship & Collaboration:
  • Guide junior designers and interns in developing presentations, drawings, and design concepts.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams during pitches and project onboarding.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing space planning, conceptual development, and execution of office projects.
  • Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, knowledge of Revit is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, furniture, codes, and design detailing.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to timelines and quality.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in corporate/workplace interior design.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Passion for workplace innovation and human-centric design.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced design-build or turnkey setup is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
