Senior Interior Designer

*Job Summary:*

We're seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer cum Sales Executive to lead our design and sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing stunning spaces, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a unique blend of creative design skills, technical expertise, and sales acumen.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Design:*

1. Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality designs and timely delivery.

2. Develop and implement design concepts, selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings.

3. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

4. Prepare design presentations, renderings, and specifications.

*Sales:*

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers.

3. Present design concepts and proposals to clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals.

4. Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's revenue growth.

*Requirements:*

1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.

2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in interior design and sales.

3. Proven track record of successful design projects and sales achievements.

4. Strong design and technical skills, including proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
