Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer located in Nagpur. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and managing interior design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, and creating innovative and functional designs. The role involves preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and budget estimates, as well as coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. The Senior Interior Designer will also oversee on-site execution and provide guidance to junior designers.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in interior design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools
• Experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Excellent communication and client management skills to understand and meet client needs
• Ability to create innovative and practical design solutions
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects
