Senior Interior Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and project requirements. They lead client presentations, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, guiding their professional development and ensuring the quality of their work.
• Create and develop design concepts, space plans, and detailed drawings for projects. This includes selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with the design vision and client needs.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. They oversee the implementation of design plans, coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• The collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification : B.Arch / March

Preferred Industry : Architecture and Design Firms or Construction Companies

Experience Range : Mini 10 Years in Interior Architecture
Large scale luxury residential projects & Hotels Projects handeling.
