Senior Interior Designer

Role:

Experience Required: 4 to 5 Years

Responsibilities:

Lead the design development process, from concept creation to final execution, ensuring 

designs are innovative and functional.

Collaborate with the Design Lead and Design Manager to translate client briefs into 

compelling design proposals.

Create detailed drawings, renderings, and material specifications for interior spaces, 

ensuring accuracy and feasibility.

Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to source materials, furniture, and accessories 

that align with design concepts and budgetary constraints.

Supervise the installation and styling of interior spaces, ensuring they reflect the intended 

design vision.

Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support to junior team members, resolving 

design challenges as they arise.

Maintain clear communication channels with clients, updating them on project progress and 

addressing any concerns or revisions promptly.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education:

  Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design / Architecture from a reputed institute.

• Experience:

  45 years in interior design, with at least 1 years in a senior role.

• Project Expertise:

  Proven ability to manage end-to-end interior projects (residential, commercial, or both).

• Design Skills:

  Strong creative and conceptual abilities with a keen eye for detail, finishes, and aesthetics.

• Software Proficiency:

  Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, and MS Office.

• Industry Knowledge:

  Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and market trends.

• Client Handling:

  Exceptional client interaction and presentation skills, with the ability to translate client needs into designs.

• Multitasking:

  Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality standards.
