Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to manage end-to- end design for residential interior projects. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently handling client interactions, design development, and execution coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead residential interior design projects from concept to completion.

Interact directly with clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and budget.

Create and present mood boards, concepts, and 3D designs using SketchUp or similar tools.

Prepare detailed 2D working drawings in AutoCAD and coordinate with execution teams.

Select materials, finishes, and furnishings suitable for the design and budget.

Coordinate and manage site visits for measurements, execution supervision, and design validation.

Handle quotation discussions and align scope of work with budget.

Collaborate with vendors, factory, and procurement teams for timely delivery of materials

. Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction are met.

Stay updated on current design trends, material innovations, and vendor options.

Mentor junior designers or interns if required.

Skills & Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in residential interior design

. Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and good understanding of materialspecifications. And client handling.

Strong in client communication, project planning, and problem-solving.

Ability to prepare BOQs and review quotations.

Good knowledge of residential modular interiors and on-site execution processes.

Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and strong work ethic.
