What You’ll Do

• Lead the creation and evolution of watch design languages for Titan and Fastback

• Craft cohesive visual systems—from dial styles to component libraries to iconography

• Drive smartwatch UI design, ensuring consistency across devices and platforms

• Support ongoing App 2.0 feature workflows with polished UI flows and interaction patterns

• Collaborate closely with the core design team to accelerate critical deliverables

• Translate concepts into production-ready UI assets and handoff documentation

• Participate in critiques, product reviews, and strategy discussions

• Work with cross-functional teams to maintain design quality and intent

Who You Are

• 3–4+ years of experience in UI/UX or interaction design

• Strong portfolio showing visual craft and system thinking

• Deep understanding of visual systems and design language creation

• Strong ability to sketch, explore, and iterate concepts

• Proficient with Figma Suite, Adobe CC, or similar tools

• Comfortable working at speed while maintaining quality

• Collaborative, candid, and confident in design critiques

Bonus Points

• Experience with wearables (Wear OS, watchOS, RTOS)

• Strong motion design skills (AE, Principle, Lottie)

• Experience with design systems

• Understanding of smartwatch ecosystems

• Ability to prototype complex interactions
