Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between CLM platforms and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, document repositories).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Develop and manage RESTful/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and middleware connectors.
Ensure secure, reliable, and performant data exchange across systems.
Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance.
Document integration architecture and technical specifications.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments.
Stay current with CLM platform capabilities and integration best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of integration development experience in enterprise SaaS environments.
Proven experience integrating CLM platforms (Conga, CPAi, Agiloft, Malbek).
Strong proficiency in API development, JSON/XML, OAuth2, and middleware tools.
Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato, or similar platforms.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) and integration frameworks.
Familiarity with contract data models and lifecycle workflows.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Experience integrating with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, etc.
Understanding of legal operations and contract management processes.
MuleSoft or other integration platform certifications.
Experience with cloud-native integration and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
