Job Overview: GrowthArc is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Integration Architect to lead solution design, pre-sales support, and integration architecture across diverse enterprise initiatives. Positioned as a middle management role, this individual will not only architect and guide technical delivery but also engage in response to RFPs, build reusable assets, and establish Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to scale integration capabilities across the organization. This role bridges business needs and technical execution, ensuring GrowthArc delivers future-ready, scalable, and secure integration solutions. Key Responsibilities of Senior Integration Architect: Own the architecture and design of integration solutions across cloud and hybrid environments, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical standards. Lead pre-sales and RFP responses by crafting solution approaches, technical estimates, and architectural presentations. Collaborate with senior stakeholders, account leads, and delivery teams to define integration strategy and roadmap. Drive standardization and reusability by developing templates, accelerators, and best practices as part of a growing Integration CoE. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, enabling high-quality solution delivery. Evaluate, select, and recommend integration tools and technologies; drive platform upgrades or migrations where required. Oversee architecture reviews, ensure performance tuning, and support security/compliance efforts. Collaborate cross-functionally with ERP, SaaS, cloud, and data teams to deliver holistic automation solutions. Required Qualifications Experience: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in integration architecture or enterprise solution design, with a focus on cloud and hybrid ecosystems. Experience working with enterprise clients across multiple domains (Finance, HR, Procurement, etc.). Skills: Proven expertise in at least two of the following iPaaS platforms: Workato, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their integration services. Hands-on experience with API design (REST/SOAP), data transformation (JSON, XML), and orchestration. Demonstrated experience in guiding and owning the establishment of Integration CoEs, including development of governance frameworks, reusable assets, and best practices. Proven ability to design, build, and scale accelerators, templates, and integration utilities that enable faster and consistent solution delivery. Experience crafting and presenting RFP and pre-sales solutions, including level-of-effort and pricing guidance. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Skills : Exposure to Tines, Camunda, or similar automation/BPM platforms Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and observability for integration performance and issue resolution. Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance regulations in integration contexts. Preferred Qualifications: iPaaS Certifications (e.g., Workato Automation Pro, MuleSoft Certified Architect). Cloud Certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert). Prior experience working in Agile and customer-facing roles such as solution consulting or technical pre-sales. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
