1. Activity & Resource Planning: Plan and manage activities and resources.
2. Site Inspections: Conduct inspections, prepare GAP analysis reports, and conduct FAT.
3. Travel: Visit sites as per project requirements.
4. Client Queries: Clarify technical queries in line with regulatory guidelines.
1. Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of local statutory requirements.
2. Team Leadership: Experience in leading teams.
3. Process Equipment: Basic understanding of process/utility equipment and systems.
4. GMP Guidelines: Knowledge of international GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
5. Layout Development: Understanding and development of layouts and basic engineering drawings.
1. Process Automation: Knowledge of standards, codes, and guidelines for process automation system design.
2. Instrument Sizing: Calculations for instrument sizing.
3. Documentation: Preparation of IPDS, URS, and specifications & BOQ for automation systems.
4. Process Automation Philosophy: Development of process automation philosophy.
5. P&ID Development: Development of P&IDs.
