Senior Insight Analyst

As a Senior Insight Analyst at our Data Centre of Excellence in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in leveraging customer data to drive commercial impact for one of the world's leading loyalty programs in the FMCG sector. Your responsibilities will involve a mix of data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic storytelling to unlock actionable growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Clearly frame and communicate insights through written narratives, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations. - Conduct in-depth analysis on loyalty performance, promotions, catalogue usage, and user behavior. - Develop and implement customer segmentation models to enhance targeting and program design. - Collaborate with product analysts to evaluate feature impact on key metrics such as CLTV and retention. - Provide timely and commercially relevant insights to support loyalty strategy discussions. - Work closely with BI engineers and dashboard specialists to ensure visibility of key KPIs. - Contribute to bi-annual loyalty health checks and ongoing market engagement routines. Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in loyalty programs, CRM, or customer analytics. - Proficiency in SQL and experience in querying large datasets. - Familiarity with a BI platform (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau). - Demonstrated expertise in creating customer segmentation frameworks and translating them into actionable decisions. - Strong business acumen with the ability to convert data into strategic recommendations. - Excellent communication skills, particularly in written insight storytelling. - Background in FMCG, retail, or app-based consumer programs is preferred. - Bonus: Exposure to promo effectiveness, lifecycle campaigns, or engagement analytics.
