As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at dotSolved, located in Chennai, with 6-12 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in developing Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to be handed over to our Regional VPs/Practice Leaders. Your responsibility includes creating relationships with new customers, supporting the development and management of the sales pipeline within your assigned region and practice. You will be reporting to the Inside Sales Manager. Your day-to-day tasks will involve researching potential prospects online to produce qualified call lists, qualifying leads based on defined criteria, achieving monthly SQL goals, supporting lead and opportunity generation activities, effective follow-up and management of sales leads, performing sales-related admin functions, and driving attendance of new prospects and leads to various dotSolved and industry events. To excel in this role, you should bring a minimum of up to 2 years of previous inside sales or cold-calling experience, ability to manage multiple initiatives, excellent verbal and written communication skills, teamwork and collaboration skills, technical aptitude, self-motivation, and result-driven mindset. Furthermore, you will be required to communicate with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person and through various digital platforms.
