Role & responsibilities

Senior Innovation Project Manager

Preferred candidate profile

Drive the
automotive industrys transition to e-mobility
by leading high-impact innovation projects.
Steer and deliver
IMEA Innovation Projects
to successfully launch the next generation of
automotive adhesives
.
Present project status, KPIs, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
Lead cross-functional project teams through dynamic developments, ensuring that changes are tracked and implemented effectively.
Act as a
troubleshooter
, balancing timing, cost, and quality to achieve project success.
Build and expand your network within
organisation
, enhancing project management processes and collaboration.
Represent the organization in discussions with customers and colleagues at collaborating plants (travel up to
30%
).
Work in a diverse, supportive, and collaborative project management team that encourages professional growth.

Your Skills

Master's degree in
Business, Engineering, or Chemistry
(or related field).
5+ years of experience
as a Project Manager, preferably in the automotive sector or a project management-related role.
Proven passion for
project management and innovation
.
Strong knowledge and interest in the
automotive industry
, ideally with prior experience in this environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams on common goals.
Proactive, hands-on mindset: you take ownership and make things happen.
Advanced proficiency in
MS Office
(Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and
MS Project
.
Fluency in
English
; knowledge of
German
is desirable.
