Job Description

Job Title: Senior Engineer IT Support Location: Gurugram Department: Information Technology Reports to: IT Manager/ IT Infrastructure Lead Experience : 3-4 yrs in IT Support Evaluating and selecting hardware and software solutions to satisfy the organisation's needs. Monitoring network performance and guranteeing peak performance. Routine maintenance and upgrades are performed to avoid downtime and security concerns. Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate networks including Firewall and related devices. Diagnosing and addressing network faults as soon as possible. End-user technical assistance and collaboration with other IT team to resolve issues. Creating and updating extensive documentation on network setups, procedures, and troubleshooting procedures. Working with other IT professionals, such as system administrators and security specialists, to maintain a cohesive IT environment. Provide domain expertise in Windows Server services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DC replication, DC promote & demote, Group policies etc. Analyse the current state of IT infrastructure, service operation and solution within the business, so as propose and introduce modifications to meet immediate and long-term organizational needs. Manage and support the IT Infrastructure of the company, including hardware, application software, desktop and shared infrastructure, networks, servers, data Centre etc. in the corporate office and also on the branches.
