Senior Information & Communications Specialist

As a Senior Information & Communications Specialist at Novartis, your role will be to act as a strategic enabler and communication partner to the Asset Rights & Intelligence team, promoting Novartis Knowledge Center solutions and resources across India and global business teams. Your responsibilities will include collating and curating newsletters, creating presentations and department communication material, supporting NKC Leadership Team, scheduling cross-site international department meetings, and playing a key role in implementing NKC's strategy. You will also serve as the communication Single Point of Contact (SPOC) from Novartis Knowledge Center, supporting project showcases, attending management meetings, and ensuring timely delivery of action items. Key Responsibilities: - Collate and curate newsletters from various sources - Create and revise presentations and department communication material - Support NKC Leadership Team in managing operational and strategic priorities - Schedule cross-site international department meetings and Leadership Team activities - Implement Novartis Knowledge Center strategy - Serve as the communication Single Point of Contact (SPOC) - Support in project showcases and knowledge sharing - Attend management meetings and follow-up on action items Qualifications Required: - Masters in operations & strategy, Library Science, or Communications with relevant experience - Additional courses or certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Text-mining, and Data visualizations preferred - Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing strategic projects, corporate communications, and curating newsletters - Experience in a multinational company or global team environment - Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Power-Point, OneNote) - Project Management and organizational skills - Strategic and global communication planning In addition to the above requirements, strong written and communication skills are desirable. Experience working in a matrix environment and across functions, therapeutic areas, regions, and countries is also a plus.,
