Description
As a Senior Human Resources Associate - Performance at ZS, you will be an integral part of the Global Human Resources team, focusing on supporting the global performance review cycle. Collaborating with a highly motivated team within a fast-paced company, your role will involve analyzing performance data, providing insights, and working with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and achieve the desired objectives of the performance enablement process. Your responsibilities will include supporting annual and quarterly performance planning cycles, ensuring feedback and project performance snapshots are provided regularly, generating reports and analyzing data to support performance processes, and maintaining consistency across business units in measurement and reporting. Additionally, you will be involved in capability building by training ZSers and HR leads on the Performance Enablement process, driving change management, designing dashboards to monitor performance trends, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the deployment of performance management platforms such as SuccessFactors. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 5-9 years of experience in performance management, talent management, or related HR functions. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, experience with HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to handle confidential data with integrity are essential. Flexibility to work across time zones, cultures, and organizational levels, self-motivation, and a sense of humor will be valuable assets in this role.
