Job Description

Senior HR Manager / HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities

Act as HR Business Partner for business units within the GCC.
Drive HR strategy, workforce planning, and organization design initiatives.
Lead performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
Strengthen employee engagement, culture, and retention programs.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations, compliance, and policy governance.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and statutory requirements.
Support HR technology initiatives, reporting, and HR analytics.
Partner with global HR teams to implement enterprise-wide people programs.
Provide leadership to HR team members and manage external HR vendors.

Skills & Competencies

Strong HRBP experience in GCC / IT / Product-based environments
Deep understanding of HR strategy, talent management & HR operations
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws & HR compliance
Experience with HR analytics and HR digital tools
Ability to drive change, manage ambiguity, and support scale-up environments

Qualifications

MBA / Masters in Human Resources
10–14 years of HRBP / HR Management experience in GCC / IT / Global teams
Experience supporting mid to large employee groups preferred
