Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle

    end-to-end recruitment

    for IT positions from understanding requirements to onboarding.
  • Source and attract candidates using

    LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, social media, referrals, and other professional networks

    .
  • Screen candidates for

    technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations

    .
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
  • Manage candidate pipeline to ensure timely closure of positions.
  • Maintain candidate database and generate recruitment reports.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding experience.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in

    HR, Business Administration, or related field

    .
  • 2+ years of experience

    in IT recruitment (preferably in product or service-based companies).
  • Strong expertise in sourcing candidates through

    LinkedIn, Naukri, and other HR tech tools

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
