Senior HR Executive

Role Overview: As a Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment processes, fostering a positive work environment, developing performance management systems, identifying training needs, ensuring HR policies compliance, managing employee benefits programs, preparing HR metrics and reports, and contributing to HR strategies and decision-making. You should have a strong background in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. - Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company. - Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns. - Develop and implement performance management systems and tools. - Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Manage employee benefits programs and address related inquiries. - Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to management. Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of experience in HR, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. - Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in HR software and tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
