Posting job advertisements and screening resumes.
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates. Assisting in reference checks and background verification.
Preparing offer letters, joining kits, and onboarding formalities.
Employee Records & Documentation Maintaining and updating employee files, HR databases, and attendance records.
Managing HRIS (Human Resource Information System) entries. Assisting in preparing HR letters (experience, relieving, salary, etc.).
Payroll & Benefits Support
Collecting attendance and leave data for payroll processing. Assisting in PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory compliances.
Handling employee queries regarding salary and benefits.
Employee Engagement & Training Coordinating induction and training sessions.
Supporting employee engagement activities and events. Circulating HR communications, policies, and notices.
Compliance & Policies
Assisting in audits (ISO, internal, or statutory). Supporting implementation of HR policies and labor law compliance.
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee data.
General HR Operations Assisting with exit formalities and full & final settlements. Coordinating with different departments for HR-related activities. Handling basic employee grievances and escalating major issues.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
