Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry standards.Lead and manage social compliance audits and follow-up actions.Maintain and monitor employee records, policies, and payroll systems.Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, especially for textile-specific roles.Conduct training, workshops, and performance appraisals to support employee development.Serve as a liaison between management and employees to promote a positive work environment.
