Senior HR and Compliance Home textiles

As an HR Compliance Executive in the Home Textile industry, your role is crucial in ensuring compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing social compliance audits, as well as overseeing the follow-up actions. - Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on textile-specific roles. - Conducting training, workshops, and performance appraisals to support employee development. - Acting as a liaison between management and employees to foster a positive work environment. - Supporting strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals and company culture. To excel in this role, you will need: - 7-12 years of HR experience, preferably in home/textile manufacturing. - Strong understanding of HR compliance and social audit standards. - Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices. - Excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi. - Proven experience in recruitment and retention, particularly in the textile domain. - Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
