Senior HR Advisor

You will play a key role in shaping the people strategy and driving operational excellence at SHL as a Senior HR Advisor. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the attraction, retention, engagement, and development of top talent to maintain our position as market leaders in the Human Capital Management space. You will also promote the adoption of our solutions and HR best practices within SHL and across the broader HR community. Collaborating with global Centers of Excellence, you will implement core HR processes in India to ensure local compliance throughout the employee lifecycle. Your tasks will involve maintaining all leave types, overseeing onboarding for new starters, initiating offboarding for departing employees, and acting as the first point of contact for staff inquiries regarding HR processes and policies. Additionally, you will handle performance improvement plans, provide guidance to managers, and update HR policies to ensure compliance and relevance. To excel in this role, you should have experience in assessing HR data for strategic decision-making, possess excellent communication skills for clear information sharing, and be fluent in HRIS and data management for accurate reporting. Desired qualifications include experience in coaching managers through HR challenges and knowledge of local employment laws for effective compliance.
