Senior HR (Female, Age 40+)

  • Act as the go-to person for employee concerns, queries, and interpersonal support.
  • Listen actively and empathetically to employees, understanding their professional and personal challenges.
  • Help in maintaining a healthy and positive work culture..
  • Support management in improving internal communication and staff satisfaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality and provide emotional support when needed.
  • Help resolve employee issues with patience, maturity, and fairness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Female candidate aged

    40 years or above

    preferred.
  • Minimum

    45 years of experience

    in HR, admin, or any people-related role.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and Email usage).
  • Fluent in Hindi

    ;

    basic understanding of English

    required.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Empathetic, calm, and friendly personality.
  • Strong interest in talking with and helping people.
