Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Own end-to-end hardware procurement, including PO creation and ensuring timely material availability
Independently manage and develop vendors, including onboarding new vendors, pricing discussions, delivery commitments, and issue resolution with brands and distributors
Drive proactive follow-ups on POs, dispatches, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate deliveries with vendors and ensure on-time and in-full receipt of materials
Resolve GRN-related issues including quantity mismatches, quality deviations, and documentation gaps in coordination with Warehouse and finance teams
Verify PO, invoice, and received quantities. Identify mismatches and ensure timely rectification with vendors, factories, and finance teams
Monitor consumption patterns, stock levels, and upcoming requirements to proactively flag inventory risks
Maintain accurate procurement trackers, reports, and order-status dashboards to support visibility and decision-making
Ensure strict adherence to procurement processes, documentation standards, approval workflows, and audit requirements

Preferred candidate profile

4+ years of experience in hardware procurement within the interior industry
Strong knowledge of interior hardware items, specifications, and commonly used brands
Proven ability to independently manage vendors, pricing discussions, and delivery commitments
Strong follow-up discipline with a structured, problem-solving approach
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for procurement tracking, reporting, and analysis
Experience working in fast-paced, project-driven execution environments with tight timelines
