Senior Hardware Engineer/Project Co-ordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for project management throughout the project life cycle including design, testing, development, and manufacturing of Smart electronic products. You will work on BOM finalization, Schematic, and PCB design. Additionally, you will coordinate with the Embedded hardware/software team, suppliers, and Mechanical design team for the integration of electronics & mechanical application. You will provide training to the Electronic team on product features, technology, and service. Your role will also involve maintaining good practices and standards for code and hardware designs, as well as developing and installing product testing setups for electronics systems. Key Responsibilities: - Manage project life cycle from design to manufacturing - Finalize BOM, Schematic, and PCB design - Coordinate with Embedded hardware/software team, suppliers, and Mechanical design team - Provide training to Electronic team - Develop and maintain good practices and standards for code and hardware designs - Develop and install product testing setups for electronics systems Qualifications Required: - BE/ME/MTECH E&TC with 5 to 10 years of experience in product design & development - Strong experience in embedded systems for hardware and software - Experience with C programming and debugging is desirable - Experience in project planning and team handling for more than 3+ years - Knowledge of EMI/EMC, testing standards, and experience with testing labs is desirable - Familiarity with power optimization techniques for low power devices - Strong technical leadership skills - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Excellent analytical skills Note: All Offer Letters & Appointment Letters are issued ONLY from the HEAD OFFICE duly signed by GM Operations and are never issued by hand or given across the table from any factory or sales location directly.,
