Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Growth to spearhead our growth initiatives. This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to expand user base and increase engagement.
Analyse user behaviour and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and user experience. Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience in growth marketing or a similar role within the Web3, crypto, or fintech sectors.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Experience with performance marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
