Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital content creators to ensure high performance and collaboration Set clear goals, manage workload, and oversee project timelines and deliverables Content Strategy & Development: Drive content strategy for digital learning (eLearning, videos, simulations, etc.) Ensure instructional quality, brand alignment, and learner engagement Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with SMEs, trainers, HR, and business units to identify learning needs and design content Manage internal client relationships and expectations Process & Technology Management: Oversee content tools and platforms (LMS, LXP); manage production workflows Maintain content standards, templates, and best practices Quality Assurance: Ensure training materials meet accessibility, compliance, and quality standards Monitor effectiveness using metrics and feedback for continuous improvement Budgeting & Reporting: Manage budgets, timelines, and resources; deliver status updates and performance reports
