Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Creative Development:

    Design marketing collateral including corporate presentations, event creatives, social media assets, infographics, case studies, whitepapers, email templates, and digital ads.
  • Brand Stewardship:

    Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and contribute to a consistent, premium look and feel across touchpoints.
  • Quarterly Refreshes:

    Reimagine and update corporate decks and visual assets quarterly to maintain a fresh and innovative brand image.
  • Agency & Vendor Coordination:

    Collaborate with external design agencies and freelancers, provide clear briefs, review output, and manage delivery timelines.
  • Campaign Support:

    Work closely with marketing managers to translate campaign briefs into high-impact visual storytelling that engages our target audience.
  • Video & Motion Graphics:

    Develop short-form video content, animations, and reels to support events, campaigns, and product storytelling.
  • Innovation & Experimentation:

    Leverage AI tools, automation, and new design trends to streamline production and introduce creative efficiencies.
  • Quality & Time Management:

    Balance multiple priorities, deliver on time, and uphold exceptional design quality under tight deadlines.


Required Skills & Experience :

  • 4–8 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a

    B2B technology or IT services environment

    (agency or in-house).
  • Expert proficiency in

    Adobe Creative Cloud Suite

    (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with

    AI-assisted design tools

    (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, Canva Magic).
  • Strong grasp of

    visual storytelling

    , typography, and layout design for both print and digital.
  • Hands-on experience with

    motion graphics, video editing, and social media formats

    (LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality output under deadlines.
