· BA/BS or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent portfolio-based experience).
· Strong grasp of typography, layout, colour theory, hierarchy, and grids.
· Ability to design for social media, web banners, simple print (posters, flyers), and presentations.
· Comfortable following brand guidelines and producing on-brand variations.
· Understands basic production: export settings, file formats, bleed/safe areas, and image optimization.
· Basic familiarity with accessibility (contrast, legibility, font sizing).
· Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
· Figma (or Sketch/XD) for layout, components, and quick mock-ups.
· Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 for handovers and collaboration.
· Organized file naming, versioning, and proper use of cloud drives.
