Role Overview

Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design

  creative assets

  for digital campaigns, websites, social media, branding, print, and marketing collaterals.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, ensuring output quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Translate briefs into visually engaging creatives that align with campaign objectives.
• Work closely with the

  creative lead and account managers

  to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Stay updated with

  design trends, tools, and technologies

  , and proactively suggest innovative design ideas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Ensure

  consistency of brand identity

  across campaigns and platforms.

Requirements

• 4–6 years

  of proven design experience in a digital/advertising agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing

  branding, social media, digital campaigns, and UI/UX (preferred but not mandatory)

  .
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

  .
• Familiarity with design tools like

  Figma / Canva / Sketch

  is a plus.
• Excellent sense of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to

  balance creativity with business objectives

• Strong communication skills and ability to present design ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
