Key Responsibilities:

Creative Conceptualization and Design:

Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for product listings, banners, advertisements, and other marketplace assets.

Create compelling visuals that align with brand guidelines and marketplace requirements.

Conceptualize and execute designs that enhance product appeal and drive customer engagement.

E-commerce Marketplace Expertise:

Design and optimize graphics for leading e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart)

Ensure designs are tailored to marketplace specifications, including image dimensions, file formats, and resolution.

Stay updated on marketplace trends and design best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Appliances Category Focus:

Leverage your expertise in the appliances category to create designs that highlight product features, benefits, and unique selling points.

Develop a deep understanding of the target audience and design visuals that resonate with their needs and preferences.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.

Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine deliverables.

Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.

Maintain organized files and adhere to version control protocols.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Experiment with new design techniques and tools to enhance the quality and impact of deliverables.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience: 3-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on e-commerce and marketplace design.

Proven experience in designing for the appliances category.

Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.

Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace requirements and design best practices.

Excellent creative thinking and conceptualization skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.

Good communication and collaboration skills.
