Job Description

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Approximately 10 years of experience in Life Sciences Strategy Consulting, preferably with top-tier firms.
Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
Experience working with clients across Europe and America is highly preferred.
Strong capabilities in client solutioning and business development, including preparing client proposals.
Educational Qualification: MBA or Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring high-quality delivery to clients.
Support client solutioning efforts and contribute to business development activities.
Build, mentor, and lead a team of Consultants and Analysts.
Collaborate closely with clients across multiple geographies, especially Europe and America.
