Senior Graphic Designer

Role Overview: As a Senior Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility will be to create stunning, engaging, and brand-aligned designs for both digital and print media. You will take the lead on design projects, collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams, and ensure that all visuals adhere to high design standards. Your role will demand outstanding creativity, a robust design portfolio, and a knack for developing eye-catching graphics that captivate audiences. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics for digital ads, social media, websites, branding materials, and print media. - Create high-converting designs that are visually striking and effective in engaging audiences. - Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to execute creative strategies and maintain brand consistency. - Develop innovative layouts, typography, and visual storytelling elements. - Stay updated with design trends, color psychology, and creative best practices to enhance brand aesthetics. - Work on motion graphics and video assets when required. - Lead design brainstorming sessions and mentor junior designers. - Ensure high-quality deliverables, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency or in-house creative team. - Strong portfolio showcasing attractive, high-impact designs across digital and print media. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). - Expertise in branding, typography, layout design, and visual storytelling. - Understanding of design psychology and how visuals influence consumer behavior. - Experience in motion graphics is a plus. - Strong sense of ownership, detail orientation, and creative thinking. - Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality output. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
