Senior Graphic Designer

What you’ll do:

• Design across platforms: social media, website, campaigns, packaging, offline events.
• Work closely with the Creative Strategist + brand team to translate ideas into strong visuals.
• Lead by example for junior designers—reviewing, mentoring, and pushing creative standards higher.
• Ensure consistency across all brand outputs while still keeping things fresh and innovative.
• Experiment with motion graphics, layouts, and creative storytelling formats.

What we’re looking for:

• 3–4 years of design experience (D2C, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience is a big plus).
• A portfolio that shows mastery of minimal, modern design.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite / Figma (bonus if you dabble in motion or 3D).
• Someone who sweats the details but also thinks about the big picture.
• A collaborative spirit—you’ll work across teams, from content to product to events.
