We are seeking an experienced and creative
Senior
Graphic Designer / Visual Communicator
who can translate conceptual ideas and key information into engaging visuals. You'll collaborate with various teams to create compelling designs that align with our/ Clients brand identity system and effectively communicate our message to the audiences. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create impactful, cohesive, and aesthetically pleasing communication materials in various formats for publishing/circulating on digital, and print, platforms.
- Design various types of communication materials, including but not limited to, banners, posters, infographics, technical diagrams, e-books, newsletters, web pages, brochures & flyers, case studies, social media posts, backdrops, standees, and MS PowerPoint presentations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collaterals and design outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design into development processes.
- Effectively utilize design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Collaborate across teams to create impactful designs for promotional campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in graphic design or a related field.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates a variety of works (as mentioned above), creativity, and originality.
- A good sense of marketing communication design and information design with sharp audience understanding is a must.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro) as well as Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Familiarity with using Canva, Mid journey, and other generative AI tools to increase productivity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into designs.
- Experience of working in both B2C and B2B marketing environments is desired.
- Agency background with BFSI project experience will be an added advantage.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and calmly handle competing priorities with tight deadlines.
- Well-versed with modern design trends.
