Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with strong expertise in visual design and a solid understanding of modern design principles. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects independently while maintaining exceptional design quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual content for social media, websites, advertisements, packaging, and marketing materials
• Translate creative briefs into effective design concepts
• Oversee and guide junior designers to ensure consistency and brand alignment
• Maintain design standards and ensure adherence to established guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing campaigns and projects
• Manage timelines and deliver completed projects within deadlines

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Solid understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and branding
• Proven experience in digital creatives, marketing assets, and packaging design
• A strong professional portfolio demonstrating design expertise
• Video editing or motion graphics knowledge is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
