Role Overview: You will be joining the EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) as a Senior Associate - Senior Graphic Design, where you will play a crucial role in creating high-impact, high-quality, and on-brand creative solutions to help build a better working world. Your primary responsibility will be to ideate and deliver best-in-class creatives that align with the EY brand and business objectives across various media platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and design branding materials such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals, and social media collaterals - Ensure adherence to EY brand guidelines and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency - Stay updated with the latest design trends and advocate the same to team members and customers - Mentor junior team members on best design practices - Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines - Communicate effectively with customers, understand design briefs, and provide innovative design solutions - Act as a design consultant independently and be responsive to customer needs - Contribute towards various organizational initiatives Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline) - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media) - Strong visual design capability - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Additional Company Details (if present): EY GDS is a dynamic and global delivery network operating across six locations worldwide.
