Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-quality visual assets for digital, print, branding, marketing, and corporate communications.
  
• Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for web banners, social media creatives, emailers, presentations, brochures, and marketing collaterals.
  
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs and marketing touchpoints.
  
• Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and business teams to deliver design solutions aligned with business objectives.
  
• Create and refine UX/UI design assets using

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  
• Review, mentor, and guide junior designers with constructive feedback.
  
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design / Visual Communication.
  
• Strong proficiency in:
  
• Adobe Photoshop
  
• Adobe Illustrator
  
• Adobe InDesign
  
• Figma
  
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts.
  
• Experience in digital marketing creatives and print production.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print design work.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with marketing agencies, corporate branding, EdTech, or retail domains.
  
• Basic understanding of UX/UI design workflows.
