BUSINESS MIND is an E-commerce Growth Agency helping brands succeed on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, and more. We also manage creative content for websites and social media. We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual design projects and bring our clients’ brands to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality infographics, product banners, A+ content, and lifestyle creatives for Amazon and other marketplaces.
• Create engaging social media creatives, reels, and short video content.
• Design creative assets for websites, campaigns, and brand promotions.
• Use AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI, etc.) to enhance productivity and creativity.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to conceptualize unique campaign ideas.
• Handle photo retouching, background editing, and layout composition.
• Support in product photography planning and coordination when required.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in an agency or e-commerce environment).
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and other design tools.
• Familiar with AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, Leonardo AI, or Firefly for creative enhancement.
• Strong portfolio showcasing infographics, ad creatives, and video projects.
• Basic knowledge of product photography and lighting.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
